<image:caption>Food understanding is often oversimplified, but also much too complicated. Strong conflicting messages from diet culture (“change this”, “lose that”, “do better”!) make it challenging to navigate food decisions. In our sessions we will identify why this type of thinking is present and how you can start making decisions that serve YOUR needs.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Professional consultation is the single greatest investment you can make in your career, and also in yourself. It is through these one-on-one collaborative sessions that you can dive into the "whys" and "hows" that are involved with learning and applying best practices in the care process. Additionally, this is time to support your own mental health, avoid fatigue, and burnout that commonly impacts mental health professionals.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Chloe Miller - About Chloe Miller</image:title>
<image:caption>As a psychology and sociology student at Northern Arizona University, I began my career as a Behavioral Health Technician where I held roles in health coaching adults with serious mental illnesses (SMI) and later as a case manager for adults and children with general mental health concerns, substance use, and SMI. Through these experiences with the hundreds of clients and community members I've worked with, I found that the greatest comforts (and battles) can come from food. This inspired me to center my purpose around food that nourishes bodies and minds and pursue a career as a behavioral health dietitian.</image:caption>
