About

Chloe Miller

As a psychology and sociology student at Northern Arizona University, I began my career as a Behavioral Health Technician where I held roles in health coaching adults with serious mental illnesses (SMI) and later as a case manager for adults and children with general mental health concerns, substance use, and SMI. Through these experiences with the hundreds of clients and community members I've worked with, I found that the greatest comforts (and battles) can come from food. This inspired me to center my purpose around food that nourishes bodies and minds and pursue a career as a behavioral health dietitian.

I have been fortunate to work with MAK since October 2021 as an intern and have most recently taken on the role as Materials Developer beginning in May 2022 after completing my Nutrition (Dietetics) degree from Arizona State University. I am thrilled to continue to work with MAK and support the mission of weight-inclusive, non-diet approaches to nutrition. I will begin my dietetic internship with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health in September 2022. I look forward to sitting for the CDR exam and continue my career in behavioral health through the lens of dietetics!
